1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect only the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message. We do not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools; we only use a technical session cookie required for form security (CSRF protection) and a cookie that stores your preferred language.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your requests for information and availability. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Processing methods and retention
The data is sent by email to the controller and kept only for the time strictly necessary to handle your request, after which it is deleted. It is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdrawal of consent. To do so, contact us at the addresses indicated in point 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
